PAYMENT METHODS: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted. All orders can be placed on our secure server.

SHIPPING: Shipping within the U.S. only. Once your payment has cleared item/items are packed within 1-3 business days. Payment is shown as being cleared to us in 3 business days given that there are no issues with your card and/or bank verification process. Item/items will be sent by the USPS Priority Mail, confirmation will be sent by email when your order goes out along with your tracking number. If insurance or express is needed please let us know and we will find out the cost for your package and seek your approval before charges are billed to your card. For orders greater than $150.00, Carro Creations offers free shipping to the customer (this applies to your destination only). 

Carro Creations will not be responsible for incorrect mailing address, so make sure mailing address is accurate. Shipping fees are the full responsibility of buyer in the event item/items is returned back to us due to being undeliverable.

COLOR DISCLAIMER: Every attempt has been made to accurately display our products. There may be variations in the color due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of monitors. Please keep this in mind, products seen on a computer screen against the actual color of our jewelry may have some minor color variations.

REFUNDS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is important you contact us as soon as possible.

Carro Creations offers a full refund on items or exchange up to 7 days after receipt of your purchase. This does not apply to custom orders.

Custom orders will be subject to a non-refundable re-stocking fee,that fee along with a quote for the item/ items ordered will be discussed with customer at time of quote. 

After 7 days item/items are non-refundable. Items must be returned in original condition and unused, so please take care in wrapping item/items to be shipping back to avoid any damage. We recommend for exchanges or returns to be insured - Carro Creations will not be responsible for exchanges or returns that have been lost in the mail.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the buyer.

Refund will be issued when item/items are received. A confirmation of receipt of item/items will be sent and notification of refund/or exchange has been done.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Carro Creations does its best to make sure products are available as seen on our website. In the event a craft show has taken place, we will be updating the site after the event is over – we cannot guarantee item/items will be available during the show due to sales happening during the event. We will let you know asap if the item/items have been sold and is out of stock.
